Private Old Florida retreat in downtown Tarpon Springs, just steps from the Sponge Docks. This stay includes both the main house and a fully detached guest house, perfect for families or groups wanting space and privacy.

Enjoy the outdoor swim spa, relax after a day out, or walk to restaurants, shops, coffee spots, breweries, and the waterfront. A golf cart is available on-site for rent, making it easy and fun to explore the area.

The space
This is a full property rental that includes two separate living spaces:

– Main house with living room, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathroom(s)

– Fully detached guest house with its own kitchen, bathroom, and private entrance

I must say that this home captivated us in every way, very centrally located and right from when you walk in it has such great energies besides the fact that is decorated so beautifully, the kitchen is very nice equipped we do alot of cooking so this was greatttt, our teens had their own place in the guest house it was an overall awesome experience. Brian was spot on with his listing and answering our messages promptly, must rent golf cart makes it even more amazing.. Thanks Brian looking forward to future bookings ;)

What a beautiful house and neighborhood! There were only the two of us, so we had plenty of space. The pool was awesome, Bikes and a golf cart are available as well as a pool table. The location was centralized and near everything to explore in Tarpon Springs. The AC worked great during the September heat and we now want to buy a new bed for our house because the king sized bed was sooo comfortable. We will definitely be returning within the year for another stay! Keep up the great work and don't change a thing.Thanks, Sandra and Russ

This house has been beautifully redone and kept the older charm! I can't say about good things about the unique decorations and special treats to make it so comfortable and homely. The jacuzzi was the biggest we've ever seen! The bikes were such a nice added touch and my husband and kids loved riding around town on them. The yard is truly an oasis where you feel completely private away from it all, even though you're right off the main sponge docks. Brian was a delight to work with! And this home is close to everything and immaculately clean. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Tarpon Springs and couldn’t have asked for a better location! The home was very kid friendly for our 3 and 1 year olds. We walked to the sponge docks for shopping and dinner, it’s a short walk with safe sidewalks. The property and home are well equipped with everything we needed and more, highly recommend!
