Upon private entry separate from host. You’ll enter this newly renovated 3 bedroom home. Each room has a queen bed/smart tv. Cool off and relax in the central air, and enjoy the stunning vaulted ceilings with pendant lighting and an open floor plan that is great for entertaining. This family friendly home also has a large fenced in yard with a swing set for kids and space to enjoy a game of corn hole with friends. Watch movies after a long day at the beach on the giant plush couch that seats about 8 people or cook the catch of the day in the upgraded kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and double ovens. Unwind, and enjoy the sunset views as it lights up the house with golden hues. Let us be your home away from home!

This place was so well thought out, clean, decorated beautifully with comfy bed/pillows and gorgeous bathroom. Very thoughtful host and serene surroundings. Close to everything if you drive here and quick Uber service when scheduled. Host had great suggestions on what to do in the area and a welcoming demeanor. We felt very safe on our girls trip.

The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. The beds and pillows and sheets were soft and comfortable. Convenient location, plenty of parking and a nice big backyard. The owner was downstairs but you would never know and the house felt totally private. Nicole was very responsive and sweet. Price was very reasonable and would definitely stay there again! No water view but that's not why we chose the house.

Hello I am from RI/MA and a Veteran so have lived all over. Moved back here after getting out of the USMC in 2018. I enjoy family time, beaches, golf, gardening, skiing, and love hosting because I enjoy sharing my home with people who have an interest in wanting to discover all of what Newport has to offer. It’s an amazing place and near and dear to my heart since I was a kid. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

I love that it’s a quiet neighborhood. All our neighbors know each other on a first name basis and help one another and are friends. This area has strong ties to the military community and as a Veteran I loved that. I also liked that there were a lot of kids in the area and the water views/ sunsets are phenomenal.

この宿泊施設の特徴

This home is one of the few in the area that’s been newly renovated w. vaulted ceilings, central heat & air along with updated kitchen and largest yard in the neighborhood. String lights line the fence line in the evenings and there’s plenty of room for outdoor fun. It’s also close enough to nearby fast food/grocery/coffee shops. And a quick uber ride to downtown Newport.
