3 bedrooms, 2 baths. On the first floor there is the master bedroom with a king bed and full bathroom. the kitchen and living room are open. Living room has a large tv with cable and a nice sitting area. Upstairs are the 2 other bedrooms equipped with queen beds. There is a full bathroom upstairs along with lounge area that has a twin day bed. Outside there is a deck with a seating area and grill.

The place was beautiful! Nice and clean, quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay. Communication with the host was always fast. Close to attractions and easy access to shopping and events.

We stayed at Ted house for our son's wedding weekend that took place in Newport. The house was perfect. It was local to everything anyone could need. It was clean and had everything one could want. Ted was very communicative. I highly recommend this home to anyone for a lovely stay.

What a gem! This is a great house. Everything was sparkling clean and oh so comfortable. We stayed with our son and daughter in law and there was plenty of room for everyone. With the living room downstairs and a sitting room on the second floor there was ample space when we wanted to be together and still loads of privacy. The deck and yard were wonderful. You can't go wrong booking this lovely home!

Lovely!

The house was just perfect for a Newport getaway. We celebrated my Mom's 80th birthday and I couldn't have asked for better accommodations. Great location. Super clean and cozy. I would definitely stay there again.

Overall a nicely appointed and well laid out home. Ample space and sleeping accomodations. We enjoyed the kitchen, fireplace & deck. Found bathroom amenities sparse, specifically no shower soap and little replacement toilet paper was provided. We also found locking the rear door from the outside complicated.
