We love this neighborhood as it offers a diverse selection of dining and shopping essentials right at our doorstep. We are conveniently close to popular restaurants and cafes, including Ovation Bistro & Bar, Keke's Breakfast Cafe, First Watch, Miller's Ale House, and Chipotle. For groceries and household supplies, our area is well-served by Publix Super Market, ALDI, Target at Posner Park, and BJ’s Wholesale Club. Whether we are grabbing a quick coffee at Starbucks or Dunkin', everything we need is just a short walk or drive away.

Our location is also exceptionally well-positioned in the heart of Florida’s vacation corridor, just minutes from the gateway to Walt Disney World Resort. Being only a few highway exits away, we enjoy rapid access to the Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom, as well as the premier shopping and dining district at Disney Springs. Beyond Disney, we are centrally located to Universal Orlando Resort—home to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Epic Universe—as well as SeaWorld Orlando and LEGOLAND Florida.

For those seeking a retreat into nature, our home provides a perfect gateway to Florida’s stunning landscapes and natural springs:

Our property is unique because it offers the privacy of your own relaxing oasis veranda with hot tub, outdoor shower, lounge chairs and relaxing space. Just outside the door a minute away is the resort pool and sun soaking space. If your ready for the theme parks or adventures everything is an easy drive or Uber away. If you want to explore a bit further our property is in Central Florida and you can go to an east coast beach, west coast beach or south beach on a day trip with ease. If you want some suggestions just let us know!
