Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was obvious that the property could use some maintenance, including repairs to the tile work, pool tile, and several corroded outdoor fixtures. The home has two garages, but unfortunately neither garage door was operational. Several of the interior doors stuck, and the front door had cracked glass at the bottom.The host was friendly, responsive, and always available if we needed anything, which we really appreciated.The only other drawback was the pool. There wasn’t much shade around it, so the water stayed very warm throughout the day, making it less refreshing during the hot weather.Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a great host, but a few maintenance updates would make the property even better.

We had a great stay here, the check in process is a bit different from other rentals but that is because this is in a secured gated area of homes with 24/7 security. Lidia was great and she met us at the property to give us the keys, upon arrival she did tell us there was an issue with the fridge but she had it repaired for us in a timely manner and even hung out while the repair was being done to make sure there were no issues. She definitely made the stay better and had great customer service. The property is extremely close to the beach, less than 5 minutes from the front door to the sand and that area seems to be less busy since it’s right infront of the gated homes which was really nice. Tons of space inside, the pool is on the small side by nice and let’s be honest - you’re not at the beach for a pool, kids loved it though! Barring a few hiccups and the different type of check in process this was a great stay with great memories. Definitely recommend. Lidia thank you for everything

The house was perfect for our party of 4 adults and 4 kids. Host was very communicative and easy to work with.
