To know before booking:

Extra heating costs to be paid locally depending on the time of year.

We provide all our guests with bed linen, including sheets, pillowcases, towels and FREE WI-FI CONNECTION.

Villa Antica Torre is a luxurious residence located in the centre of San Felice del Benaco, at the foot of the remains of a medieval tower. Just a few minutes away, you can visit the beautiful island of Garda, reach the beaches and all the best attractions of Lake Garda.

Villa Antica Torre offers refined and comfortable flats from 60 to 105 square meters, two, three and four bedroom flats linked by a beautiful swimming pool and an exclusive garden with attention to detail.

Each room, equipped with the most modern comforts, is furnished with fine finishes and is equipped with extreme attention to detail to offer the best to its guests, who will fully enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of Lake Garda.

The prestigious four-room flat, located on the first floor, is composed of the following: living room with fully equipped kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom, single bedroom and two bathrooms with shower.

Available for our guests, private parking space inside the property.

The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, heating, safe, LCD TV, satellite dish, wi-fi and dishwasher.

The charming flat is ideal for families with children, but also for those who want to enjoy the charm of our lake in complete relaxation.

The flat will be disinfected and hygienically cleaned with alcohol and chlorine products as prescribed by the DPCM, respecting the guidelines and protocols against COVID-19 dictated by the state. In addition, upon each new arrival, a CERTIFIED SANITIZATION will be performed with an ozone generator that inactivates the virus and basins at 99.9%. It naturally deodorises and disinfects all rooms, surfaces, objects and fabrics present in the house.
It is characterised by modern furnishings and attention to detail and a beautiful swimming pool, shared with the other accommodations.

The accommodation is available in both summer and winter, as it is equipped with independent heating.
