Very beautiful, cosy, very comfortable terraced house "Residencia La Perla". In the resort 4 km from the centre of Dénia, from the sea, 700 m from the beach. For shared use: 2 swimming pools (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Unconventional pool shape. Children's pool, slide, outdoor shower, children's playground. Private: property with lawn, parking at the house. Shop 300 m, supermarket 900 m, restaurant 400 m, bar 450 m, bus stop 800 m, railway station 6 km, ferry 6 km, sandy beach "Playa de les Bovetes" 700 m. Sports harbour 4.5 km, marina 4.5 km, sailing school 700 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. No heating option. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning and forced-air heating. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning and forced-air heating. 1 small room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/WC. Large patio 24 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, iron, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: TV only ES.
