Beautiful family apartment by the sea in Cala Agulla

Beautiful family apartment located right on the ocean, a 2-minute walk from Cala Agulla Beach, featuring 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms, a separate laundry room, and two fantastic terraces—one with an ocean view and the other at the back and entrance of the apartment.

The upper level consists of the living and dining area with a large outdoor terrace offering a direct view of the sea; on the same floor is the fully equipped kitchen and a guest bathroom. On the entrance terrace, where you enter the apartment, there is an outdoor shower, so you can shower right after coming in from the beach. Both terraces offer plenty of space to enjoy meals outdoors, as the apartment is equipped with two large tables.

The bedrooms are located on the lower level; one of them is en suite with a bathtub, and the second bathroom is equipped with a shower.

The house is equipped with Wi-Fi and a TV; all rooms have fans, and thanks to its location just a few meters from the sea, there's always a pleasant breeze.

* The apartment has been renovated since these photos were taken; please be patient—new photos will follow shortly.

Super Lage, gut ausgestattet

Nice house for family or friends holidays and sea lovers

The apartment is well furnished and decorated. We enjoyed the sea view and being so close from a good snorkelling spot. We were 4 but there are bedrooms enough for 8 people, and they are on ground floor, so it makes them cooler in Majorcan heat. We rent no car for the stay, and it was also ok. We were happy with our stay !
