Set on the lake in Mooresville, this modern home was built for gathering. With over 4,500 square feet of space, multiple living areas, and flexible sleeping arrangements, there’s room for your whole group to spread out—or come back together when it matters.

The main living room is bright and open, with natural light pouring in and space to settle in around the fireplace. The kitchen sits at the center of it all, fully equipped and anchored by a large island with bar seating—perfect for casual meals, drinks, or just keeping the cook company. A gas range, extra fridge, and spacious dining table make it easy to handle everything from quick breakfasts to full group dinners.

When it’s time to play, head to the game room for ping pong, foosball, and a built-in basketball game—or take things outside. The private dock is perfect for slow mornings or sunset views, and with canoes ready to go, getting out on the water is effortless. - This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Please do not use the neighboring driveways to turn your vehicle around. Be sure to observe any posted signs along the street as well.
- You'll likely spot deer in the yard and along the main road during your stay — they're a beautiful part of the surroundings! Please drive slowly and carefully, especially at night.
- Due to natural fluctuations, we’re unable to provide specific water depth information at any given time. The majority of docks in this area are generally suitable for most average-sized pontoons and ski boats. However, since boat drafts can vary, guests are encouraged to refer to Lake Norman nautical charts, GPS systems, and depth maps—and rely on their own knowledge of their vessel’s specifications—to ensure safe navigation.
- No events, group gatherings, or parties are allowed at any AvantStay property under any circumstances.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
