The Layout:
• The First Suite: The first floor features a self-contained suite with its own mini-kitchen (fridge, oven, stove, coffee, dishwasher)—along with a private patio. This patio has seating and gorgeous greenery, offering a relaxing retreat for guests. This king-bed suite is perfect for early risers/ night owls or those wanting extra autonomy. A 50" TV with a premium Sonos soundbar, SpectrumTV as well as premium streaming apps ensure you will be entertained. Blackout curtains ensure a restful stay
• The next level of the home is the main living and kitchen area with a dining table seating 8, a complete kitchen with full-size appliances and all of the cooking essentials you'll need (Non-toxic). REVERSE OSMOSIS water on tap ensures you will never be searching for drinking water. Organic oils/ spices, basic cooking needs provided. Organic coffees, teas provided along with sweeteners, creamers, etc. The living room boasts a 65" TV with a premium Sonos Soundbar and subwoofer, premium streaming and SpectrumTV cable app. Within the cabinets are games, magnetiles, books and more to ensure entertainment for all ages.
• The 3rd level of the home has the 2nd and 3rd bedroom suites with King-size beds. Each has an ensuite bathroom (Bathtub/ shower combo in one and a large walk-in shower in the other). 50" TVs with premiums Sonos soundbars and premium streaming ensure all guests can find what they want for entertainment. WI-FI extenders ensure your signal is great no matter where you are.
• All baths include provided Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash.
