Day of arrival: Tried the code multiple times, probably around 30. Even the neighbors tried contacting host because they said they new her. I called 10 times in intervals, host did not respond. We were there for about 1.5 hours. Kind neighbors tried assisting continuously but no response. I got notification the day before from Host that she will have her phone on her and will be able to assist if any issues upon arrival, but there was none. We ended up ditching the attempt of staying at this place and got ourselves a hotel down the street. We had work to do and had no time to wait for a response. This is 2 hours now. I finally received a call back from this individual at 11:25pm. At that time I was already asleep. I have all the proof, including neighbors to prove it. This is unacceptable. Then finally get a message from her the next day with a sad excuse. I'm going to attempt to get my money back. But this seems extremely fake, and would not trust. She then responded with "I assume you're no longer at the property. Heck no, I'm not going to wait for someone who can't keep their own promises of "being there" if any issues come up. Then she responds at end of what would have been our stay with a "thankyou for staying". I can't tell you how pissed off we were. DO NOT stay here. Unfortunate, because the neighbors were very kind, and the location was a beautiful community, but this Host has some balls for sure. Who gives a phone call at 11:25pm? Disgusting.
