Not the cleanest and don't use the grill!!
The grill is listed under amenities under Kitchen, which should be covered under the included cleaning fee. When the host whom lives close by, saw us grilling he text me "BTW BBQ Grill is not included in the departure cleaning" then kept part of the "refundable" security deposit. I asked for pictures of the dirty grill and was told there was grease and shrimp tails, but no picture was sent. He knew what we grilled because he watched is and was on the property multiple times. The house is not well maintained, there's chemicals on the ground next to the water heater in the garage, quite a few fans were dirty and bulbs burnt out, the vents were very dirty, the couch cushions were almost completely torn. I don't think they use the cleaning fee to professionally clean as stated which is concerning during these pandemic times. The beds were terrible, we bought air mattresses in order to be comfortable. The house is in a nice location and quiet neighborhood, so not bad if you need somewhere to crash, just be prepared to clean the house and lose part of the security deposit if you grill or who knows what else he will come up with. Unfortunately I can't upload pics or link to the pics I took of the house.
