私達は私達の家を豪華な宿泊施設としてデザインしたのではなく、4つのベッドルーム（1つのキング3つのクイーン）と2つのバスルームがあります。 3つの部屋は積層の床を持っています、主寝室は竹の床と台所を持っています、バスルームと居間はタイル張りです。 居心地の良いリビングルームエリアはキッチンに通じています。 大きなダイニングテーブルがあり、キッチンの真向かいには、丸テーブルと4つの座席があり、美しい景色を望む小さな朝食ルームがあります。 私たちは食事の外で食事をし、プールと運河の景色を楽しみました。 リビングルームには58インチのテレビもあり、あらゆる接続が可能です。 ケーブルまたはWi-Fi経由のインターネットが利用可能です。 プールは低から低（1.85m）まで設計されています。 水泳をしていない人でも、監視下で水を楽しむことができます。 5人の子供全員がここで泳ぐことを学びました。 プールには太陽熱温水器が装備されており、ご到着前に早めにスイッチを入れます。 ボートの運河へのアクセスはありません。

Not the cleanest and don't use the grill!!

The grill is listed under amenities under Kitchen, which should be covered under the included cleaning fee. When the host whom lives close by, saw us grilling he text me "BTW BBQ Grill is not included in the departure cleaning" then kept part of the "refundable" security deposit. I asked for pictures of the dirty grill and was told there was grease and shrimp tails, but no picture was sent. He knew what we grilled because he watched is and was on the property multiple times. The house is not well maintained, there's chemicals on the ground next to the water heater in the garage, quite a few fans were dirty and bulbs burnt out, the vents were very dirty, the couch cushions were almost completely torn. I don't think they use the cleaning fee to professionally clean as stated which is concerning during these pandemic times. The beds were terrible, we bought air mattresses in order to be comfortable. The house is in a nice location and quiet neighborhood, so not bad if you need somewhere to crash, just be prepared to clean the house and lose part of the security deposit if you grill or who knows what else he will come up with. Unfortunately I can't upload pics or link to the pics I took of the house.

Great getaway house

The house was perfect for us. It had all the accommodations of home. The manager immediately got back to me with questions I had. I plan on coming back to Cape Coral in the spring and hopefully this house will be available

Fun in the sun

We made a last minute decision to vacation in Florida and were fortunate to have found this place. It was in a quiet neighborhood and we were able to go for walks in the AM and felt very safe. The pool was a delight as it was in the sun most of the day and the shaded patio was great. The house met all our needs and the property manager was very responsive when we had a small issue. I would definitely rent this house again.

Nice spacious home in quiet neighborhood!

This home was nice and had everything needed to enjoy a week long vacation. Situated in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to restaurants and close to surrounding attractions. Would recommend over a hotel anytime! The only items we had to purchase was food and drinks. Kitchen was stocked with spices and most things needed to cook. We won’t hesitate to stay here again in the future!

Birthday trip

This was a lovely place and accommodation where great. Beside not having and TV in all the room. ( we didn't notice until the end) we enjoy everything and the host was great to deal with. Everything we needed was here and the neighbors were great.

Alright stay

the property was very accommodating and spacious. The cleanliness of the house was ok but the bedding was filthy and we washed everything before using. The reservation stated it was family visiting family and the property manager was a bit rude and constantly questioned the fam I ly members coming and going. The fishing was awesome right off the deck.

Dear Mechele. I know you were upset when we discovered that you had more people staying in the house than you paid for. All bedding is washed the same every single time, you the first one ever mentioned about bedding. Considering how you left the house, it's a paradox. Sorry you felt I was rude, but the owner has the right to collect on all people staying in the house, and the neighbors, on which property you were fishing and partying day and night, to his privacy. We don't want to tell our guest what's right or wrong, but unfortunately in your case we had to do so.

Great Home

We enjoyed our week in this home. It is very well supplied with everything you need. Furniture is great. Our only negative were the mattresses but everything else was nice. If you want to rent a boat I’m not sure there is a dock for it, so check on that. Pool is nice. And know if you have extra people come, you have to pay more.

Good stay , basics all there, nothing more, nothing less

House is clear and great! Garage could be cleaner. The grill could not be used as to sticky and dirty Hardly any TV channels, and in Corona times we missed a good news channel

Dear Paul. We are surprised to get only 4 out of 5 Stars. It seems because you didn't had enough TV Chanels. Between NBC, FOX, CBS and ABC, there are about 22 hours of News on TV.... and you had a fast WiFi available in the house to tab any News site you want. We frankly don't think there was any lack of access to News. Our goal is to provide everybody with a great experience and great service, what I thing has been provided to you. If not, we apologize for any short-comings....and yet, the Property Manager contacted you 3 times in your 6 days stay to see if you are ok, and asked if you need anything, to which you answered every time that you are ok. Please let us know where we missed our goal or your expectations. Thank you

The property was extremely clean , neat and organized . The living , eating and outdoor living areas were spacious , with a very nice pool and view of the inlet waterway . In addition the property manager was very nice and helpful .

Great, spacious and very lovely vacation home

This home was probably the best we rented in the area. The manager was so kind, he even offered doing some errands for us because we would arrive on Thanksgiving late. And he speaks German which might be helpful for some guests. The house is very spacious, just everything is already there even an espresso machine. We will definitely return. Thank you for the great time!

Thank you to Fritz for making the reservation easy. We had a wonderful Vacation. The Property manager took care of all our questions and needs, including a great Boat Rental. The house is spacious, clean and the kids spend all day in the heated swimming pool. Absolutely Great.

Einfach genial und sehr empfehlenswert !!!

Die Vermieter sind einfach großartig!!, obwohl sie nicht vor Ort sind, so ist doch alles bestens durchorganisiert.... Von der Ankunft im Haus, der Schlüsselübergabe, der Sauberkeit im und vor dem Haus, der super große Pool (den wir gern benutzt haben...), bis hin zur bestens organisierten Abreise und der Schlüsselrücknahme an die Verwalterin Ariane. Das Haus ist einfach traumhaft...., sehr geschmackvoll und mit liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Das Haus bietet alles was wir uns für einen perfekten Urlaub vorstellen konnten.... das reicht von der Kaffeemaschine bis hin zum großen Gasgrill :-) EIn Bootsverleih ist über die Verwalterin Ariane möglich. Watch Out- NO NO

I rented this home for 2 mo. Feb. & Mar. 2012. We arrived a few days late due to my wife's illness. The phones and AC did not work. There was no gas for the grill. No cable TV. The furnace filter was so dirty no air could get through. All of this eventually got fixed. Not waterfront, the picture of the dock on the canal is next door, not this property. There is no radio, CD, or stereo system. The owner's car is in the garage which made it hard to put car in so it stayed out. Most important is THE POOL IS NOT HEATED and had they told me I would have rented elsewhere. The house is spacious and in a good location. The pool was pretty to sit and look at for 2 months but you turned completely numb if you got in. I think the description borders on FRAUD. We even had to pump up the flat bike tires. There are other rentals in the area.

richard I'm sorry if you were not satisfied. Your description is not true. 2 days after you left the house we had even a vacation resort. Therefore we get a very accurate impression of you. Cable TV in the house description is not listed. Nevertheless, we have cable TV to your inquiry rented for you and assumed the costs themselves. They have left behind the grill very dirty. Gas was present. The filter of the hood must be cleaned in the dishwasher. This is the first we had to make. The stereo system (radio, CD changer 3-fold) was in the garage because it was previously used by any tenant. You could connect it with no problems. In the garage is not a car from us, because we live in Germany and our cars have. We rent a car in Cape Coral when we are even there. In the property description is just splashing around, our house has no sewer connection. You should first read the future and then rent, then you are not disappointed. Next time they should ask me quickly write directly so that we can eliminate abuses evtuelle same. If a house can always turn up problems that we fix as quickly as possible. If the administrator responds to anything you write to us as owners to immediately respond so that we could

Ein Ferienhaus, das kaum Wünsche offen lässt. Super sauber und gepflegt und was meinem Mann wichtig war, der Kaffeevollautomat. Mittlerweile haben wir auch so eine Maschine zu Hause. Die Lage ist äußerst zentral, alle Einrichtungen die wir besuchen wollten konnten wir in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto erreichen. Am besten fand ich den Walmart, der wirklich rund um die Uhr offen hat, so dass man jederzeit noch eine Kleinigkeit holen konnte. Wir kommen wieder.
