Guest Access:

This tiny home is on a semi-rural 1.25 acre lot with other dwelling units on the property. You'll have complete privacy and your unit has seprate parking and it's own access. There's a smart lock on the door and you will be provided with an access code.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet, semi-rural neighborhodd comprised of about a dozen home. There's a little hobby farm accross the street with a horse, chickens, and turkeys.

Getting Around:

12 minutes from the City of White Salmon, 20 minutes from Hood River.



Other Things to Note:

All persons utilizing the jump track are required to sign a waiver.



Interaction with Guests:

You will have the property to yourself, with the possible exception of the laundry located in my shop. There are other guests/tenants on the property, so you may cross paths, but generally, you'll have privacy and feel independent.
