This well-loved 1921 Craftsman is tucked into a fantastic North Portland neighborhood. Restaurants, shops, and the MAX line are all within easy walking distance. You're just 10 minutes from downtown Portland. On-street parking is easy to find. From the moment you step inside, you'll feel the charm of original 1921 architecture. It's paired with all the comforts of a modern home. The main level flows from a covered front porch into a sun-filled living room. From there, it opens into a formal dining room with seating for 10 or more. Out back, a paved patio hosts a generous outdoor sectional that comfortably seats 10 around a gas fire pit. There's also a Char-Broil commercial BBQ for grilling. Highlights: This spacious home sleeps 10 across four bedrooms and includes two full bathrooms. It's ideal for families or groups. Located just a 10-minute drive from downtown Portland, the home is within walking distance of restaurants, shops, coffee, and the MAX light rail line. Plenty of on-street parking is available. Bedrooms: The bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged across two floors. On the main floor, you'll find a comfortable bedroom with a queen bed. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, wardrobe, and large smart TV. A second upstairs bedroom offers a queen bed and walk-in closet. A third upstairs bedroom is outfitted with two twin trundle beds and a TV, making it perfect for kids or extra guests. Bathrooms: Guests have access to two beautifully appointed bathrooms.
