The villa features two nice full bathrooms, making it easy to refresh after a day of exploring. True ranch style one level fun home w/ no stairs! Swim at our heated pool, relax at the hot tub spa, or poolside BBQ in our huge back yard! Pool table, Foosball, Big 75" TV all here with a powerful sound system to enjoy a movie like it's at the theater. Central location 10 mins to Roseville, 20 mins to Thunder Valley Casino, UC Davis Medical Center, Downtown, Old Sacramento, & SMF Airport. 2 hrs to Reno & Lake Tahoe. If you're looking for a place to stay with all of the amenities this is the place. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time! We had a great time in the pool and hot tub. It has a brand new bbq and a great fire pit to enjoy the evening! We played many games of pool, ping pong, foosball, and Ms. Pac-Man. It is centrally located so you are 15-20 minutes from Lake Natoma and Folsom Lake. Approximately 20 minutes to the Roseville Galleria Mall. The hosts are super responsive and friendly. I highly recommend this home for your next stay!

We stayed here last minute for a wedding and we had an amazing stay at this property! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It had everything we needed, and the attention to detail made it feel welcoming from the moment we arrived.We were quite busy with the wedding, but having a peaceful place to relax at the end of the day was just what we needed. The pool was beautiful and we had fun with the pool and foosball tables. The location was great-in a beautifully manicured neighborhood, yet so close to all the shopping. The layout and flow of the home worked great with the 3 bedrooms and we loved having king beds and bunk beds. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire process smooth from check-in to check-out.We really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, fun, stress-free getaway!
