• From Los Cabos International Airport: The property is approximately a 30–40 minute drive. You can choose from shuttle services, taxis, Uber, or rental cars.

• By Car: Easily accessible via Highway 1. Follow signs toward Cabo San Lucas and take the El Tezal exit. Detailed directions will be provided prior to arrival.



Getting Around



• Rental Car (Recommended): The best option for flexibility and convenience while exploring Cabo and surrounding areas.

• Taxis & Uber: Readily available and reliable for short trips to downtown, the marina, and beaches.

• Public Transportation: Local buses run along the main road and connect you to downtown Cabo San Lucas and nearby beaches.

• Walking: El Tezal is a walkable neighborhood with nearby restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores.

Guest support is available daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (local time), both in person and virtually. We appreciate your understanding outside of these hours.



Noise Notice

Due to our central location, some urban noise may be experienced. Additionally, Cabo is a growing area, and there may be occasional construction nearby. While the home offers excellent privacy, light construction noise is possible at times.



Cancellation Policy (CasaGo Website Reservations)

Guests must cancel at least 30 days prior to check-in to receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.

Only the number of guests (and pets, if applicable) listed in the reservation are permitted. All guests must be registered prior to arrival. Unauthorized guests may result in additional charges or cancellation without refund.

2.- Check-In Requirements

Guests are required to provide valid identification, full guest details, and complete any necessary forms prior to arrival. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without refund.

3.- Respect for Property & Community

Guests must respect neighbors, follow community rules, and refrain from illegal activities. Violations may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.

4.- Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Non-compliance may result in penalties or cancellation.

Parties, gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited.

6.- Pets

Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved in your reservation. Unauthorized pets may result in cancellation without refund and additional cleaning fees where applicable.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and in common areas. Violations will result in fines.

8.- Damages

Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay and agree to cover associated costs.

9.- Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-out: 11:00 AM or earlier

Failure to comply may result in additional charges.

10.- Electricity Usage

Your stay includes reasonable electricity usage. Excessive consumption may result in additional charges billed to the card on file.
