リビングルーム、ダイニングルーム、マスターベッドルームからの豪華な海、街、山の景色。 朝のコーヒー、ディナーでのバーベキューランチ、または同じ素晴らしい景色を望むバルコニーでのワインを楽しみながら、景色に浸りましょう。 または、パティオやプールのそばでくつろいだり、1日リラックスしてください！

これは最上階のユニットなので、プライバシーが確保され、周囲に遮るもののない景色が広がります。

The condo was just as describe it was nice to have beach chairs, umbrella, etc provided. We've stayed their before and it was perfect for our family. Michelle was a great help for any questions we had!

Very nice stay

Nicole was wonderful getting us settled in. The property itself was pretty much as advertised. Clean and in a nice location. We enjoyed the walk up and down the hill into town each day, not too strenuous. I would stay here again.

All around wonderful

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The condo was perfect, beautiful view and super quiet! Walkable to downtown. We cant wait to go back. We would 100% stay at this location again!

We had a lovely stay at Portofino 25, great view of the downtown, marina, and Sea of Cortez. We were grateful for the comfortable mattress and the coffee! Nicole was lovely. We couldn't have been happier or more comfortable

Fantastic!

We stayed for 2 weeks. Nicole, our property manager, met us at check in & was so nice & friendly. :) The condo was clean, had everything we needed, and we had an excellent time. The pool was wonderful & not crowded at all. Highly recommend it, and we would definitely stay here again if we come back to Cabo!

Quiet Getaway

Really enjoyed a few days to relax and get some sun on the balcony and pool. Great location, great communication with Jennifer Roel before and during my stay and Hilda did a great job checking me in. Top notch stay! Would return for sure

Great Time

Perfect location and property. There was confusion on how to get into the main gate, there was no gym, and the trash can was tiny, but everything else was perfect.

Best Vacation Ever

We highly recommend this property if you want to stay out of the hustle and bustle of the city and noise. We really enjoyed this experience. The property is just outside of the city far enough that you can relax and enjoy sunrises and sunsets from your personal balcony or you can make the 15 minute walk downtown to join in on the fun. This was the best vacation we’ve had in years!

Awesome Place!

We stayed in this apartment for 5 nights and absolutely loved it. The owners are very responsive and Jennifer, who is the contact in Cabo for this unit, is very responsive and helpful. The location is great if you looking to get away from the tourist area but close enough to walk to the downtown area. You have an amazing view overlooking Cabo and the ocean. It's located in a secured development, so it's very safe.

Amazing view of Cabo on Pedregal

This place was incredible! Fully updated kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops, brand new 4-burner grill on the deck, spacious high ceilings (great for tall people :) and updated bathroom. The view at night is even better and a perfect distance from downtown. My significant other and I enjoyed the walk, makes us feel less guilty for all the tacos ;) .. We will be back!

Fabulous condo with amazing views and a short walk to marina

Myself and my two kids aged 20 and 17 stayed at this condo for a week over New Years and it was a dream. Thanks to property manager Jennifer who made the check in process super easy and was always quick to answer any questions with before and after our stay. The views from the patio are phenomenal! We enjoyed the pools, which also had great views. Unit is a short walk to the marina or a $6 Uber. The decor is lovely, and unit was super clean and well stocked. Would highly recommend!

Quick get away

My wife and I decided to take a quick 5-day vacation to Cabo. Jennifer was fantastic with communication. Especially since we literally booked the day before we left. She was super helpful with transportation, giving us ideas of things to do and helping us set up a few tours. We really appreciate her.

Great Spot in Cabo

Jennifer took great care of us during our stay and we loved the condo! Gorgeous view, quiet and comfortable, and the lower pool was nice and warm. There was some construction up the road but as we soon learned all of Los Cabos is under development. Didn’t distract from our enjoyment of the condo and grounds. The hill up to Pedregal is steep so we found it easiest to Uber up and down. Definitely stop at nearby Terrace Coffee for the best chilaquiles or Lavet 93 for frappes and crepes.

Fantastic condo, safe/beautiful location

Really nice (and large) two-bedroom condo. Located up the hill from the marina in a gated community. Walk down to the marina area and restaurants takes about 10-20 minutes...the walk back up is not as easy. To be honest, we tried to limit trips to town to twice a day as the uphill walk was not easy for a couple in their late 50s (and of average fitness). The unit is large and very well appointed...all the kitchen stuff you will need. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

This property is very clean and in a quiet location just a short walk to the marina, El Medano beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. We love to walk, however, if you prefer not to walk, Uber is an inexpensive option or you could rent a car and park it in the garage at the condo. We really enjoyed the nice, warm and peaceful pools. The balcony is spacious and the views from it are incredible! Jennifer checked us in and she was so nice and extremely helpful. The condo is well stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We needed to extend our stay and are beyond grateful the host and Jennifer were able to accommodate us. We highly recommend this beautiful property and would definitely stay here again.

Very Nice, Clean, and eloquently Decorated Condo

Staying at this condo proved to be an accent Condo experience for my fiancee and I. The condo was beg enough for 4 of us to stay there and the kitchen was perfect for late night snacks and mid day BBQs. Downtown is a short 10-15 minute walk downhill so wear comfy shoes. My only Gripe was the walk back uphill. On some days we resorted to using a Taxi to get back. Overall I lives my stay and will probably stay again.

Our newest adventure has brought us to Portofino in beautiful Pedregal de Cabo San Lucas where we just bought this condo, in our favorite vacation spot.

We visited Cabo in summer 2017 and fell in love with the place. The famous Cabo breeze and low humidity was especially refreshing after the heat and humidity of the Caribbean side of Mexico. The weather felt closer to home (California) and the ocean was swimmable - could you ask for more!

Portofino feels like a Mediterranean paradise with white walls and sparkling blue swimming pools. The views are spectacular and you are quietly away from the clubs and the sounds of the city, but only a short walk will bring you to town and its amazing restaurants, Art galleries, shops, Marina and the beach.

We have just finished remodeling the bathroom and installing brand new air-conditioning units to provide additional comfort and elegance to our guests.

We remember walking into the building and then our home, and instantly loving the views and light. The balcony invites you to spend time outside, taking in the sun and the views.

The terracotta tiles leading up to the stairway, the desert landscaping of the building and the sparkling pools add to the tranquil mood and the appeal of the place.

Sunsets by the pool with city, mountain and sea views, are spectacular.
