The Space:

The chalet is a single family cabin-style home on four secluded acres in Salamanca, about 6 minutes from Ellicottville Village. Parking fits six to eight cars, and the wooded setting keeps things quiet.



The main floor is built for gathering. A sectional, leather loveseat, and sitting nook seat ten or more in the living room, with a smart TV, soundbar, and gas fireplace. The dining table seats six and the kitchen island adds three more bar seats. The kitchen has a professional gas stove, Sub-Zero fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and a combo drip/Keurig coffee maker. A queen bedroom sits off the hallway, and a half bath is located off the mudroom.



The basement living room has a couch facing a large Roku TV and wood burning fireplace, making it a great spot for movie nights. It also has its own bar with a sink, beverage fridge, and seating for three. Two bedrooms sit on this level: a room with a raised full bed and a futon, and a bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk sets and a slider that opens to the lower patio and hot tub. A full bathroom with a double sink and tub/shower combo plus side-by-side laundry round out this level.



The primary suite is a vaulted loft with a king bed, sitting couch, large windows, and a Roku TV. The master bath has double sinks, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.



Outside, the elevated main deck off the main floor has a table for six, a loveseat with two chairs, and a propane grill. A covered gazebo with a loveseat and chairs gives a shaded spot to read or eat. Below the main deck sits the lower patio, where the Viking Spa hot tub glows under string lights. The fire pit is set in the green space nearby.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the chalet, but the garage is off limits. Check-in is self-service; your personal access code and directions arrive the morning of arrival, so there's no key exchange needed.



The Neighborhood:

The property sits on a quiet wooded lot in Salamanca, just over the line from Ellicottville. It feels secluded with four acres of trees and very little road noise, but Ellicottville Village is only about a 6-minute drive for restaurants, bars, and shopping.



Holiday Valley and HoliMont ski areas are both close by in winter. In summer, Allegany State Park is nearby for hiking and outdoor activities, and the property itself offers plenty of room to roam right on site.



Getting Around:

A car is required for this property; there is no shuttle service. The chalet sits on a secluded wooded lot, but you're only a few minutes from the village and the slopes. Most of what you'll need is a short drive away.
