Gut als Basisstation für diejenigen die nicht innen bleiben.

Die Lage ist gut, der Lokale Strand auch. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der Pool ist auch gut. Leider ist die Wohnung für 5 Personen viel zu klein. Sollte maximal für 3 vermietet werden. Außerdem hat sie keinen Ausblick, so dass man sich eher in eine Kellerwohnung fühlt. Wenn man die meiste Zeit, so wie wir es machen, außer Haus ist, dann ist die Wohnung in Ordnung. Will man länger drin verbleiben, dann ist sie etwas Triste.

Lovely spacious apartment in great location.

Pros: The location and amenities of the apartment is fantastic. It has everything you need for a holiday away from home, even down to a washing machine and the host kindly provided detergent capsules for our use! The location of the apartment is ground floor with easy access to the pool. Local bars and restaurants are within minutes walking distance (so many fab ones to choose from!) The host kindly provided complimentary water and a bottle of wine. The WiFi in the apartment was brilliant and the facilities were great if you wanted to cook instead of eating out. There is a Dolce Gusto coffee machine available and some pods were left for our use. An absolute credit to the host, who made the check in process easy by photos and chat via WhatsApp the night before and afternoon prior to check-in. Cons: Very little to say to be honest, the only thing we are used to is some private outside space (terrace or balcony) but this didn't spoil our lovely holiday. There is a little garden area in front of the apartment you could sit out at if needed.

Lovely apartment in a great location.

Pros: The apartment was fully equipped with everything you would need including pool towels and a washing machine if you wanted to do your washing before returning home. Cons: No fault of the host, but the shared pool did get very busy at times, with teenagers who insisted on bombing into the pool with no consideration of others sitting around the outside of the pool.

Pros: Alles wie angegeben. Liebevoll eingerichtet und alles notwendige vorhanden. Der Kontakt zur Besitzerin war problemlos und einfach. Bezug des Apartments kontaktlos möglich. Alles vorhanden,sodass man direkt dort einziehen könnte. Tolle Lage und gute Anbindung. Cons: Auf Teneriffa ist eine Registrierung notwendig. Dazu ist eine Ausweisfotografie im Vorhinein notwendig. Wir hätten uns diese Info im Vorhinein gewünscht. Die Besitzerin bot allerdings auch an, die Anmeldung gemeinsam durchzuführen und war sehr vertrauenswürdig.

well equipped apartment, spotless, home from home

Pros: Area was quiet, clean, house was dark at night and cool, pool was fab clean and maintained. short walk to shops and restaurants everyone really friendly, host was to hand if we needed anything. Cons: The four steps up to the pool were very slippy which we found out the hard way. could do with a hand rail in the middle or none slip matting.
