We're nestled in a Historic Designated District of Los Angeles, one of the city's most coveted and centrally located neighborhoods.

Beverly Hills is five minutes away. West Hollywood, five minutes in the other direction. Downtown LA is a quick 15-minute drive, and the beaches of Venice and Santa Monica are just 20 minutes when you're ready to feel the ocean breeze.

LACMA is practically around the corner. So are some of the best restaurants and cafés the city has to offer — from neighborhood gems to iconic spots.

*FREE, EASY PARKING is always available. The street is SAFE and QUIET.

We've owned our House and Guesthouse since 2003 and love its proximity to excellent museums and restaurants. We are also in the heart of LA with excellent access to Downtown LA, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and Santa Monica/Venice. We also love the people in the community—smart and friendly people.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The home was built in 1928 and has a lot of traditional California flavor. Our street is not a through street, so there is very little traffic, and it is quiet. The landscape is very comforting and relaxing. We have lots of privacy because of the Stone wall in front of the house.
