Very large, very beautiful, very comfortable apartment block "Los Aticos". In the resort 5 km from the centre of Dénia, in a quiet, sunny position, 350 m from the sea, 350 m from the beach. For shared use: large, beautiful, well-kept garden with lawn, 2 swimming pools, indoor pool (15 x 8 m, depth 110 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Shower/WC in the pool area, children's pool. Private: terrace (50 m2), garden furniture. In the complex: WiFi. Single garage. Shop 300 m, supermarket 170 m, restaurant, café 300 m, bus stop 100 m, railway station 6.2 km, ferry 5.7 km, sandy beach "Playa les Bovetes" 350 m. Surf school, sailing school 400 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
