Luxury Apartment in La Manga, Spain



Spain's sunniest area, apartment is located on the edge of the 22 km long spit that characterizes La Manga in southern Costa Blanca.





Los Miradores is a new residential project, located opposite the marina Tomas Maestre, by the canal that connects the Mediterranean Sea and the Mar Menor. We have a lovely apartment in this complex which has a good and high standard, Inside the unit there are 2 large communal pool, lovely sun area and tennis court for the whole family.





We have a beautiful and modern penthouse apartment on the 7 floor with 90 m² living area and a large roof terrace which has sun all day. The roof terrace has a nice view of both the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor, and is equipped with everything you need, large sofa, chairs, dining table, barbecue and much more. All rooms in the apartment have air conditioning, and one of the rooms has its own bathroom, and there are a total of two bathrooms in the apartment. There is a sofa bed in the living room, with space for two extra people, and the possibility of an extra bed or cot for a small extra cost. The apartment also has 3 balconies one with access from the living room. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including dishwasher, internet and satellite TV etc ...





Only 50 meters from the new SPA Hotel Abity, the five star hotel with several restaurants and a great SPA department, which is also open to guests from outside. There are also several restaurants, shop and bakery in the area, only 100 to 300 meters from the apartment. To the beaches on the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor is about. 200 to 400 meters and the marina Tomas Maestre is about. 1.5 km, where you have a larger selection of restaurants and bars, as well as our cooperation partner has an office just before the entrance to the marina. There is not much traffic in the area around Los Miradores as it is at the end of a small cul de sac, and the area is very quiet.

Pros: Patricia & her family were extremely good hosts from the first enquiry email till our departure. They really couldn't do enough for us. The apartment completely exceeded our expectations. It is very clean and very large. It has everything & more than you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. It is in a very good location just opposite a lovely beach and adjacent to numerous bars and restaurants. We certainly hope to return in the future.

Sikkert rart når det bliver rigtig varmt. Vi kunne tage strandstole med ned på stranden (lige over vejen). Carmen og hendes niece tog imod i lejeligheden og har været nemme at kontakte under opholdet.

Pros: The apartment was great, very clean with excellent facilities. The lady who met us was lovely, speaking excellent English (useful as my Spanish is ropy to say the least) Everything worked in the apartment and the roof terrace saw plenty of use as did the swimming pool. Local Spar supermarket was great, with a lot of things cheaper than UK & excellent fresh fish. A couple of restaurants close by with more a 30 min walk around to the Marina, with good food & outstanding views over the Mar Menor (if you turn left at the main Marina gates) turn right to sit looking over the boats & yachts. We didn't hire a car & did not miss it. The local bus service (no. 15) was great, cheap and runs frequently so we jumped of at various Kilometre stops to try things, Zocco was a hit with decent tourist shops and more restaurants. Older teenager was a bit bored by end of two weeks but younger two had excellent time with pool, great beach and mar menor very close and a choice of places to eat. Not a lively resort type holiday, was very relaxing and I'd imagine ideal for young families. Oh and we brought euros home as the restaurants & ice cream parlours were all very reasonable

Pros: You couldn't find kinder people than the owners of this apartment. The apartment itself is large, well equipped, with underground parking, a balcony and in a perfect location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment has a large laundry room and hair dryers in each bathroom and is spotlessly clean. The English TV was particularly welcome for a long stay. Santa Pola is a lovely location, 20 minutes from the airport. Local buses take you to Alicante and Elche, both worth a visit. It is a very Spanish resort (which is a plus point), with plenty of good tapas bars and restaurants and very friendly people, I would love to come again. Thank you.

Perfectly situated between the beach and town..... 2 minutes from the front door to either! Pros: my wife and I rented this apartment for 10 days so our grand children (all under 4 years of age)also our daughter and son in law could play on Levante beach which is 50yds away.The location of the apartment is also very good for all the restaurants,shops and supermarkets.You can see when you first go in to the apartment it is a nice family home. We can say everything we needed was provided to make our holiday enjoyable.Because of the time of year there were not many tourist attractions open polar park was closed until march but elche safari park was open and the taxi cost12 euro each way and is good for a day out.We also found a very good chinese take away restaurant by the port which we would recommend.The local indian take away not so good. All in all a very nice place to take a relaxing holiday. many

Pros: Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem Apartment und wieder wurden wir von Carmen sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Teenager hatten sogar jeder ein Einzelzimmer, zwei Doppelzimmer für die Eltern und Grosseltern (eines davon mit eigenem Bad). In einem der Kinderzimmer wäre es sogar möglich gewesen, das Bett unten auszuziehen, so dass noch ein Kind mehr in dem Zimmer Platz hat. Sicherlich ist die Einrichtung nicht neu aber ordentlich und funktionsfähig. Herd mit moderne Ceranfeld und Backofen. Die Waschmaschine leistet gute Dienste, nur eine Spülmaschine haben wir bei 6 Personen ein bisschen vermisst. Klappstühle für den Strand sind vorhanden, da ist man zu Fuss nur über die Strasse. Ca 10 Fussweg zum Hafen wo es viele leckere Bars und Restaurants gibt (besonders das "Cien Montaditos" bietet leckere Häppchen zu sehr günstigen Preisen. Am Platz der Festung findet man viele Einheimische und kann abends buntes Treiben beobachten. Im Oktober war es kein Problem immer einen Parkplatz an der Promenade zu finden (das kann im Sommer sicher schwieriger sein), es ist aber auch ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage dabei. Supermarkt um die Ecke. Uns hat es wieder sehr gut gefallen, vielen Dank!!

Die Betten haben gute Matratzen und in der Küche war alles vorhanden (bis auf eine Spülmaschine - aber im Urlaub kocht man ja auch nicht ständig) Für den Strand waren Sonnenschirme und Stühle da, ist nicht unwichtig da man in der Vorsaison noch keine Liegen mieten kann. Der Empfang durch Patricia und ihre Mutter war sehr nett, es waren kalte Getränke im Kühlschrank und die ganze Abwicklung problemlos und stressfrei.

Pros: We spent a very enjoyable week in this apartment in early April. It is spacious, well-maintained and very clean. The bedrooms have really comfortable beds with plenty of wardrobe and storage space. The living area, bathrooms, kitchen and utility room are all exceptionally well-equipped. The apartment is in an excellent location, with lots of bars, shops and restaurants in the immediate area with a supermarket just around the corner. The marina and town centre, with lots more of the same, are just a short stroll away. The balcony has plenty of seating and is ideal for relaxing at any time of day. Three family members met us on arrival. They are lovely people and explained everything fully. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wishes to visit the lovely town of Santa Pola.

Es sind Sonnenschirm Liegestühle und Spielzeug für den Strand vorhanden. In Sant Pola ist es auch sehr von Vorteil das ein Tiefgeragenplatz zur Wohnung gehört. Da wir in den letzten Jahren immer in Santa Pola Urlaub gemacht haben und andere Wohnungen kennen sind wir von dieser sehr begeistert und werden im nächsten Jahr wieder herkommen. Ein Lebensmittelladen, Cafes und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war super, sie sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. They apartment was situated in a perfect location for everything that we required as a family! La zona nos ha encantado; el castillo, la lonja de pescado, las playas, el paseo del puerto... Y la fiesta de Moros y Cristianos, espectacular! Recomiendo 100% la excursión a la Isla de Tabarca y visitar Elche. El año que viene repetimos!!

Balcony is spacious, with beautiful plant pots and lateral sea views. Beach by the apartment, all amenities, restaurants and supermarket can be reached with just a short walk of couple of minutes! A un paso de la playa. En una palabra, perfecto.
