Great location!

This condo is in a great location and just the right size for a family with small kids (who don’t mind a pull out couch).

The location was perfect. Close to the Convention Center and a few yards to the beach. The condo could use an upgrade with furniture and decor.

Basic but Comfortable

This unit was clean and comfortable! When compared to a hotel room it had extra space and the kitchen was nice. Everything was a little small and cramped for a home but considering how much time we spent there it worked great! There were a few minor things that needed repair (clogged bathroom sink and vent front door dampener), but we shared that feedback and everything was overall smooth. The decor was pleasant and comfortable! WiFi and TV were great.

It was a great location with a short walk to the beach. The place was clean. We liked the kitchen kit with cleaning supplies. The curtain falls if you open the left side. They had the kitchen essentials but no coffee cups. The bed was a bit stiff. The couch sofa bed was comfortable but bedding for it was not provided, we went out of our way to get sheets. We didn’t mind the stairs too much. Parking was good. We enjoyed our stay.

We didn’t get complete check in instructions. After repeated messages and escalations to VRBO support we finally got the condo unit number and lock code at 8:30pm. We were waiting outside until the host (or management company) bothered to reply. They replied with partial information (the unit) and took another 30 minutes to give the lock code so the customer service was terrible. Once inside it was a decent unit for two.
