You'll also find gorgeous boho beach decor throughout. The living area is inviting and has been furnished with comfort in mind. It features an inviting sectional sofa, a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and a new HVAC heat/cool wall system. The dining table seats four comfortably. The kitchen may not be the biggest one in the market, but it features stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, garbage disposal, and a Keurig coffee maker. The bathroom offers all the conveniences, including a glass door walk-in shower.
This idyllic retreat is located on the bayside of the island, midway between the Ocean City Expressway to the north and the Ocean Gateway to the south. Take a short drive (or even a walk) to the Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Splash Mountain Waterpark for summertime fun for the whole family! Or head over to the east side of the island where you can walk the three-mile-long Ocean City Boardwalk that follows the shore. White Marlin Marina, Sunset Island Marina, Bahia Marina Inc., and the Ocean City Fishing Center are all within close proximity and offer a variety of boating, fishing, and docking needs.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
