Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Home Away From Home

Beds were very comfortable. Condo was well equipped. The view from the balcony was perfect even though this condo is on the second floor. The property itself is situated very close to the dunes which is important to know if anyone in your party has mobility issues. It’s an extremely easy walk to the beach with hard pack sand.

Needs updated online pics, almost didn’t rent but was pleasantly surprised upon arrival. Does need updated appliances and new coffee pot, pots/pans. Carpet needs to go. VACASA was so easy to work with and the employees were all nice and helpful.

Lovely condo, beautiful view

The condo was comfortable & furnishings were very nice. Mattresses were VERY comfortable, a welcome surprise compared to other condos I've stayed in. I wasn't sure about being on the 2nd floor, but I enjoyed the view even more than other condos I've stayed in on higher floors. Also it was really convenient to just use the stairs instead of always waiting for the elevator. Master bathroom had a handheld shower attachment & both had really great water pressure, another pleasant surprise.

Great price and location

We loved the location. The unit was great. The appliances are old and very noisy but they worked. The pots and pans could be replaced. We ended up buying a pan to use for breakfast and a few meals. We were not given the outdoor shower key, but were able to use a hose near the pool. If you're staying here, take pots/pans and a fan. The bedroom opposite the ocean catches hallway noise and gets hot. I would stay here again and would recommend.
