Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property.



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

We loved our stay at Beachloft 4F. It was perfect for my family of four. The view from the balcony was spectacular and there was plenty of seating. For a one bedroom the condo is very spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was clean and the perfect way to end our beach day. If your looking for a one bedroom oceanfront, look no further.

The first thing we noticed were the floors were filthy. There was not a vacuum so we used thier dust buster to clean the rugs. The rugs were terribly stained up: all the iutdoor furniture was rusted. The beach chairs were so rusted up they looked as though they would break if touched. The balcony needs to be cleaned. The walls were dirty. Some of the outlets and lamps did not work. The location is nice but the overall state of the condo needs to be cleaned up.
