The Space:

This large and spacious home is located oceanfront with a balcony accessible from both the living room and primary bedroom. You'll also have a full kitchen, central AC, a private washer/dryer, and a shared pool to enjoy.



Check-in time: 4:00 PM

Check-out time: 10:00 AM

Parking: This rental includes one designated on-site parking space and one additional satellite parking space.



Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property.



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great Vacation Spot!

Great location - we could easily walk to the beach, restaurants, & shopping. Clean & well-maintained with a beautiful view of the beach. Lots of conveniences we’ve wished we’d had at other locations - plenty of hooks for drying towels & everything, plenty of room to “move in” for the week in the bathrooms & bedrooms, & my favorite was the separate vanity area for getting ready in the master bedroom.
