The first floor features an open main living space, so the chef won’t feel left out of the fun while they’re whipping up meals in the kitchen. There’s a full suite of appliances and plenty of counter space, as well as a dining table for four when it’s time to eat. The living room features retro, tropically themed seating that’s perfect for a night of streaming your favorite shows after a fun day. Three comfortable bedrooms round out the first-floor offerings. The heart of the home upstairs is the updated kitchen, with lovely seafoam green cabinets, sparkling stainless steel appliances, and plenty of counter space for prep. The dining area seats six, and the adjoining living room offers plenty of seating for TV time later. You’ll find three more bedrooms on this level. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
