The Space:

Lighthouse Point 215 offers a comfortable and stylish retreat in the heart of Sanibel. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo provides ample space for up to six guests, making it ideal for families or groups. The living area is designed for relaxation, with comfortable seating. The fully equipped kitchen is a delight, complete with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, and microwave, and all the necessary cookware and dishes. Step out onto your 2 private patios and soak up the sun and enjoy the fresh sea breeze. The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, while the guest bedrooms offer a queen bed and 2 single beds. Both bathrooms are well-appointed with all the essentials. Guests can also enjoy the onsite pool for relaxation. Located on the east side of Sanibel Island, Lighthouse Point provides convenient access to the Sanibel City Pier, Lighthouse Beach Park, restaurants, shopping, and the Causeway. Amenities include a heated pool, tennis (currently being restored), a clubhouse, and grills, ensuring a fun-filled vacation.

We recommend bikes or a rental golf cart

A non-refundable cancellation fee of $300 will apply for reservations canceled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.

Guests must complete a rental agreement prior to checking in!

We are available as often as needed but provide guests the space they desire to enjoy their vacation in peace!
