This home features 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, a living room with streaming TV, a dining area, a laundry room, and a private one-car garage. Located in the garage is a boot dryer for those days spent on the ski hill. The main floor is an open-concept living room and kitchen with all the amenities of home. Unique accents and rich finishes accentuate the bold tile flooring.

The kitchen provides a comfortable space with thick granite countertops, an oversized kitchen island, beautiful two-tone cabinetry, pendant lighting, a gas stove, and stainless steel appliances. The main deck features a comfortable dining space and beautiful views of the surrounding valley.

The master suite upstairs includes its own private deck and open views. The strikingly beautiful quartz vanity, bright tile, and clean lines in the master bath add a measure of elegance and flair. Opposite the master suite, the second bedroom also features a full bath with a beautiful granite vanity. The laundry room is also on the upstairs level.

The Ogden Valley enjoys activities during all four seasons, and there’s never a lack of something to do. Enjoy the winter life on the ski slopes at Snowbasin Resort or Powder Mountain. Beat the heat in spring and explore the Wasatch-Cache National Forests through all the hiking and biking trails. Summer is the time to hit the water on Pineview or Causey Reservoirs and enjoy the beaches. Or, watch Ogden Valley change colors in Fall and enjoy the weather before it gets too chilly to hike or play on the reservoir.
