This modern Seneca Lake A-frame stands out for its floor-to-ceiling windows, direct waterfront setting, and private dock accommodating one small boat. A lofted king suite with an ensuite bathroom and balcony, a main-floor queen bedroom, two full bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen provide a comfortable layout for couples, families, and small groups. Guests can relax in the private hot tub, kayak or fish from the lakefront, and explore wineries along the Seneca and Keuka Wine Trails. Penn Yan’s restaurants, shops, and local attractions are also just minutes away. Important pet rule: Dogs must remain leashed at all times while outside on the property. Maintenance information: Emergency maintenance is available 24/7 for urgent concerns such as flooding, leaks, fires, or sewage backups. Non-emergency maintenance is available daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Requests received after 6:00 PM will generally be addressed the following day. Routine property services: * Lawn care may occur during your stay. Please remove lawn games and personal belongings from the yard so the crew can work efficiently. * Snow-removal crews work to maintain driveway access throughout winter. Short delays may occur during heavy snowfall because the crew services multiple properties.

The A-frame architecture gives the home its unique character. Sloped ceilings create lower headroom near some walls and within the loft, while the center of the home remains open and airy. Access to the lofted king suite is provided by stairs that are steeper than a traditional staircase. Natural lakefront environment: Because the property is located beside the lake, guests may encounter insects, cobwebs, and other naturally occurring wildlife. The home is thoroughly cleaned before every arrival; however, additional pest-control treatments or cobweb removal are not provided during a stay. Train tracks are located across the road. Short trains pass occasionally but are not a constant disturbance.
