Great value for price. Great a/c unit. The host (lisa) is very communicative and helpful. Anytime I had an issue she was responding in minutes to solve it. I enjoyed my stay. Also there is an amazing donut shop up the street (good times donut). If you are traveling to LA this is a great option!

They provided it very quickly and we didn't miss a minute of the World Cup. There is also a manager on site you can easily reach if anything really unexpected comes up. Host was quick to respond whenever a problem would arise as well as very helpful in finding a solution. Instructions clear and easy to understand. The hallways and stairwell to the complex left a lot to be desired with it's cleanliness, but for the room itself it was as advertised. Would recommend.
