The whole home, guest house, dock, hot tub, private sandy beach, and all outdoor amenities are available to guests. A few areas of the home have been reserved for the owners:

•The primary bedroom closet has been reserved for the homeowner and is not available to guests. Dressers for clothes are available, along with extra shelving.

• The driveway is steep. There's room for 3 vehicles in front of the garage plus 1 additional spot at the top turnout, and if needed, 1 more space to the left of the driveway, for a total of up to 5 vehicles. The garage itself has been reserved for owner storage.

• The fenced yard has gated access to the river, which helps keep little ones safely in sight while still letting everyone enjoy the water.

The main home spans 5,200 sq ft with five bedrooms and four full bathrooms. Paired with the separate guest house, the property sleeps up to 14 across six bedrooms and five full baths in total. The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas are the heart of the home, designed for big groups to gather comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook in style.

Additional interior highlights include a dedicated kids' playroom with books, toys, and games; a downstairs living room and bar with a shuffleboard table, ice maker, and drink fridge; a private gym with exercise equipment; and a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer.

The separate guest house is a self-contained suite sleeping 2 in a queen bed, with a private bathroom and outdoor shower, ideal for guests wanting a bit more privacy.
