Central air conditioning, washer, dryer, and more. Three TVs, two DVDs, a small movie and paperback book library, assorted children's toys, board games, porta-crib, Wifi. Notes: Fireplace is not available for guest use.

The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony.
