Sea Colony- a hidden gem

The place was perfect for our stay. I was thankful to have a handheld shower wand in one of the tubs. The enclosed outside space was also perfect. Thank you for allowing us to rent your space.

Great spot for a weekend stay

We used this as a home-base while attending the Oceans Calling music festival. It was still a bit of a drive to Ocean City but absolutely worth the price. I wish we'd had more time to take advantage of the amenities.

Nice condo in Sea Colony

This place was a good beach condo for my family of four. It is right next to pickle ball courts and the sea colony playground. The condo was very clean and sheets and towels were included. The deck was also very nice. Only hiccup was that the outdoor shower didn't work, the maintenance folks came to fix it, but it took about 48 hours.

The many towels. The quality of the towels. The sheets and towels being provided so we didn’t need to pack them. The variety of amenities. The hospitality gift to use in the kitchen and laundry. The spotless bathrooms. The decorating and new shower curtains and liners in each bathroom.

Place was nice but surprised that there was a large amount of direct/dust on fans, registers and light fixtures. One toilet was loose and when you sat on it it moved.
