The Space:
Overlook the surf and sand from the balcony of this second floor 3-bedroom, 2-bath direct oceanfront condo! As a second floor getaway, guests are just one floor above the resort pool and private beach access. Take the elevator or, if you are in a hurry, use the stairs for quick and easy access. This coastal getaway is also just steps to the neighboring Oceanside Deli & Cafe, open during the summer for morning coffee, pastries and more! Counter height furniture on the balcony affords clear ocean views - some of the closest at Sea Colony! A convenient one-level layout , this resort retreat features a spacious living and dining area, updated well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and three bedrooms, including the primary bedroom with a bathroom of its own. Guests also have access to the owner's beach locker with beach toys, boogie boards and chairs (courtesy items not guaranteed). Reserved space located conveniently next to the elevator. 3 TVs, Keurig, Wifi. Non-smoking, no pets.
