You get what you pay for
Rating Details:
The property manager was adequately helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

This place needs a good “once over”! It is starting to fall apart. The sprinkler head in the front courtyard was broken and was spraying to the roof so hard we could hear it in the living room. The beds were not comfortable. It was also not as close to the beach as we thought and were very glad to have rented bikes. The management company was struggling to get our parking passes correct. Many thanks to the management helper, Dakota, who gave us his own set of sheet for the couch because the cleaning staff did not do it, although it was documented. He needs a raise!
