The Space:

Take advantage of everything this sunny hideaway has to offer! You’ll enter to the main living area filled with comfortable furniture and lots of natural light. Catch up on your favorite show on the large or relax with a good book by the gas fireplace on those chillier nights. The fully equipped kitchen might inspire the chef of the group to whip up a home-cooked meal. Plus, a blender is provided for breakfast smoothies! Dine together at the dining room table with seating for six. Two bar stools are located at the kitchen counter for additional seating. Step outside to the wraparound deck with both a screened-in porch for outdoor dining and catching some rays. The main level features a primary suite with an oversized soaking tub (with jetted features!) and a standalone shower in the en suite bathroom. A hair dryer adds convenience during your stay. The loft features a desk workspace perfect for completing remote assignments. You'll be close to shared amenities throughout, and of course, the beach awaits!

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.



Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.

The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.
