What we enjoyed most about the condo was the ocean view and the proximity to the beach. The host was extremely responsive, attentive, and even left us some mid-week goodies. This condo seemed to be a much better value for your money than many others I researched and the pictures represent it perfectly. It is in a gated community so it feels super safe and family friendly. You do not have to cross any major roads to get to the beach…just a short walk between two buildings and you’re to the pool/clubhouse area and the path to the beach. The beach is also short so you don’t have to trek across too much sand to get to the water. Our group included grandparents, parents, and children ranging in age from 9-79 years old and we all enjoyed the condo. In addition to the ocean, there are two outdoor pools, an indoor pool, a weight room, and pickleball/tennis courts. It is also within walking distance to several restaurants, an ice cream/candy shop, and a surf shop…close to everything you need without ever having to leave the island. The condo itself had plenty of space for everyone and included everything we needed to have fun, relax, unwind, recharge, and enjoy time together with our family.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental property matched online description. Easy check/in. Great location. Kids had a great time. Beach access was good. Well stocked kitchen. First time at Emerald Isle for the grandkids. Overall a good experience.

The condo is in a great location. Close to the beach, the supermarket and restaurants. It was clean and ready on time. Check in was smooth and without issue. Parking passes and gate keys were waiting for us and there was ample parking. The furniture, beds, showers, pans, dishes and other household items are worn and did not meet my expectations. All in all it was an enjoyable stay for 3 nights however I would have not wanted to stay longer.
