Here you are on the ground floor of a residential building that will offer you a modern and cosy atmosphere. Enjoy the sea view that you can enjoy from your terrace or use the garden and barbecue area to prepare your favourite dishes.



The pebble beach, playground, mini-golf, restaurant and shops are just a stone's throw from your home. Jump into the crystal-clear water, take a boat trip or stroll along the pebble beach. The old Dalmatian village of Petrane is located on a bay surrounded by two peninsulas and is therefore very sheltered. For a city trip, Zadar is not far away, where you can discover the historical heritage and modern architecture of the city and enjoy the rich gastronomic offer. Aufenthalt im Juli 2025: Die Ferienwohnung ist toll. Die Einrichtung modern und sehr sauber. Am besten ist die Aussicht von der Terrasse. Der Strand ist 50m entfernt, super. Danijela ist eine tolle Gastgeberin: Sehr freundlich, aufmerksam, immer gut gelaunt und hat immer ein offenes Ohr, wenn man Fragen hat - vielen Dank Danijela für den tollen Aufenthalt!!
