The Space:

Spend the summer swimming, sunbathing, and whale-watching at this two-bedroom Provincetown condo, a colorful Cape Cod retreat with an enclosed porch equipped with comfortable furnishings and an unbeatable location a short walk from the beach and Cape Cod Bay! Take advantage of the gas grill available and treat your guests to a delicious cookout before heading out and explore the bay. This condo sits one mile east of central Provincetown, which is easily reached on foot or via the summer shuttle bus that runs by frequently. Just a short walk away, you can catch beautiful sunrises on the shores of Cape Cod Bay, meet up with the Dune Shacks Trail (half a mile north) to spend a day on the ocean beaches, or join an unforgettable whale-watching excursion from Provincetown Harbor to the west. Step inside the cheerful living space to find bright colors, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and an enclosed porch where you can sip your morning coffee. Head out for a day of sunbathing on the beach or walk around the bay to find beautiful souvenirs and incredible dining options. Summer is so much sweeter in Provincetown - book today! Great location. Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. There were a few maintenance issues and they were resolved in a timely manner with great communication from property management.

Perfect Stay

Great location with beach access and shuttle running to town every 30 mins. Condo was Clean and everything looked as pictured. A great place to relax and refresh for our busy weekend in Provincetown.

Perfect Place

The condo is located across from the bay with a beautiful view and access to the beach. The shuttle picked us up and dropped us off just steps away from the condo entrance which made it easy to go to town and then onto the beach. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our short stay in Provincetown.

Escape to the cape!

We loved the size of the condo, there was plenty of room for my fiance and I. It would have been nice to have TVs in the bedrooms but, it was a great stay in P-Town!

Property location super easy with parking Well equipped unit but sheets were either new and not washed first or just a 50/50 blend. Plenty of towels including beach towels. Pretty landscaped outside sitting area. We would return.

Lovely lodgings for a summer wedding

This was our first time in Provincetown. We found this rental to be perfectly priced and the right size for two couples. And with the beach right across the street! Great place to stay if you want a little respite from the hustle and bustle. Walkable to everything.
