The Space:

Marvel at spectacular sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean from the two balconies of this oceanfront townhouse on the shores of Fenwick Island. Enjoy a boardwalk right out back that leads across the dunes onto the sand, as well as fantastic access to Fenwick Island State Park a short stroll to the south. This multi-level townhome is a beach-goer's delight, offering an outdoor shed with beach gear, close proximity to both guarded (at the state park) and unguarded (directly out back) beaches, and an outdoor shower to rinse off any lingering sand at the end of the day. You can sip your morning coffee on the upstairs balcony off the primary bedroom and dine in the fresh ocean air outside on the main balcony in the evenings. Ascend a flight of stairs to reach the main living space on the second floor, where you'll be greeted by an open kitchen with a breakfast bar, a circular dining table, and an oceanfront living room with a sectional sofa and a large flatscreen TV. Central AC, high-speed WiFi, and a washer/dryer are all on hand as well. The two bedrooms - including an oceanfront primary suite with its own TV and bathroom - are on the third floor and an additional sleeping loft is on the fourth level. THINGS TO KNOW The fireplace is not for guest use. There is an outdoor shower for your use. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Good stay close to the beach.

Loved being right on the beach. Very nice and quiet location. Could use some freshening up but it’s the end of season so a few cosmetic issues are to be expected.

The space is perfect for access to all local points of interest, clean, well maintained, and tastefully set up. The proximity to the ocean is absolutely perfect. The only downside was we would've liked to hear more ocean waves and less traffic. We would definitely stay again!

Great location. The two main bedrooms were very comfortable, the third floor bedroom was very stuffy with very steep stairs. The kitchen was fairly well stocked with pans and dishes. Beach was wonderful and has easy access.

Great location at the beach. Terrific view of the dunes and ocean and easy access to the beach. Easy access to Bethany beach and Ocean City for restaurants and shopping. Very clean and comfortable. Alot of steps if thats an issue but we didn't mind. Well appointed kitchen, although we ate out. Will consider again.

Traditional ocean family trip

My husband and 2 boys have went on an ocean vacation every year since our oldest was 10 months old he’s now 6 and we love this tradition. It was our first time at Fenwick Island but not our last. This location was 10/10

We loved our stay at this Fenwick Island townhome. Easy check-in/check-out. Clean space. Great amenities (our son loved the sand castle building tools!) The proximity to the beach can't be beat (the beach was very quiet/not over crowded) and close proximity to more populated Rehoboth/Bethany/Fenwick Island/Ocean City attractions made this the perfect spot for our family's first getaway in two years!

Second year

This our second year renting the villa! We absolutely love it for the convenient access to the beach and the privacy it offers. The villa itself is always clean and the space is perfect for my family. We enjoyed our second year here and would highly recommend staying here!

This home has a lot of potential— good location and easy beach access. Unfortunately, it was very dirty when we arrived and the management company was invasive during our stay.

Townhouse in Fenwick

Loved the location. Right next to the park. Loved the view and very easy access to the beach. Private parking. The common area was somewhat smaller than I’d like. Was not a fan of the steep staircase. Decor is dated.

Comfortable property

The property was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Great location, with an easy walk to the beach and side views of the dunes/beach. Only issue was that the electronic code for the lock did not work. That is the only reason I gave the property 4 stars- otherwise it would be 5. I called Vacasa but ended up texting them for help. The response time between texts was not as quick as I would expect.

Dated and damaged

This property was very damaged when we arrived. Holes in the wall, clogged sink, blinds partially ripped down, tv in master did not work. The management company was notified and said maintenance tickets would be put in, but in the 5 days we were there nothing was taken care of. There is carpet throughout the house that is very stained. I was very disappointed with this property and the management company. As far as location, it’s close to the beach, but if you sit outside all you hear is road noise

This property at best is Ocean view. Definitely not oceanfront. There were clean sheets on the bed, but the floor was filthy and the furniture. E. The property manager did finally get back to us Saturday afternoon as we checked in Friday for we thought we were told. There is no property manager available Friday night, which is actually 2:30 in the afternoon. I believe this was a breakdown between Vrbo and the actual property. If this place was listed properly, we would've never used it, but it is ocean view. It's a nice townhouse. Definitely needs some love. Hopefully it gets some.
