COMPLELTELY REMODELED for Summer 2023 with OCEAN FRONT VIEWS are the name of the game at this home on this *multi-use beach* in Fenwick Island.



Head-to-toe offseason renovation completed! New kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, furnishings, paint, windows and doors! Fully renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and stone countertops. Brand new luxury vinyl planking throughout main living area and brand new carpet in all bedrooms. All bathrooms fully re-done, including beautifully tiled showers. Fresh paint throughout the entire home and new coastal furnishings provide a calm, peaceful vibe for a memorable stay at the ocean! Both K-cup and drip coffee pots are there.



Nestled against the protected state park land, this end unit townhome offers fabulous views of the coastline. You will love waking up, going to sleep and relaxing to the soothing sounds of the ocean waves. Early risers will love the sunrises. Situated between Bethany Beach and Fenwick Island, enjoy a less crowded beach while still being just minutes away from many of the area's best restaurants and attractions.



We provide the linens but not towels. The beds are king, queen (loft) and two sets bunk beds including three twins and one full. Each bedroom and the living room have a smart TV with cable. Don't forget your passwords for your apps. We also provide a pack and play, beach chairs and 1 umbrella.



Keep the cars out of the sun under the car port where you'll find the closet with beach chairs and umbrellas for your use as well as the outdoor shower. There is some baby/toddler equipment.



Free Activities! Included with your booking are 8 different daily activities within 45 minutes of the home. You receive one free pass to every activity, per home, per day. Passes do not accumulate. Instructions for taking advantage of the free activities are sent once your booking balance is fully paid.

Great location and the unit was very nicely decorated and well stocked with everything we needed - dishes, pots and pans, etc.Jeremy ( at the management company) was very attentive and helped ensure a smooth check in and was quick to respond to resolve a small issue with our refrigerator/ ice maker. Clean, comfortable, excellent beach stay.

This townhome was perfect for our family. Right on the beach, and set up perfectly for beach days. Kitchen is well supplied and the place was very clean upon arrival. It’s in a quiet location but close enough to Bethany, Fenwick and OC to enjoy them easily. I highly recommend staying here for a quiet beach stay.

The condo was very clean and modern. The kitchen was very well stocked. There were also lots of supplies (paper products, laundry supplies, cleaning products). The beach was to the right of the condo and only a moment to walk. The view from the main floor deck was of the dunes. You could see water but not the waves and beach. The view from the main bedroom deck was awesome. Waves crashing on the beach. Also, we did not realize how close to Coastal Highway 1 we were. Traffic was loud - especially since we were there during Bike Week in Ocean City.

Beautiful location within steps of the beach. The view from both decks was fabulous. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The beds were great. We did have an issue with some ants in the kitchen but we just kept our food in the fridge and that controlled them. The beach is lovely and, at this time of year was virtually empty. Our family had a wonderful time at the property and in the surrounding areas.

BEST OF THE BEST!!!!

First, our host Jeremy is simply the best! Nice, honest, helpful, friendly, you name it... everything you'll want from a host and more... The house was immaculate! The view of the ocean is terrific especially watching the waves from your bed! Sitting on the patio or deck, the moisture in the air is just amazing! Along with the sound of the waves; oh, so relaxing and rejuvenating! We will for sure stay again here and recommend this place to anyone we know. It's hard to find a house with such a nice view and so perfectly clean and upgraded. Thank you for such a beautiful experience!

Oceanside Bliss

This unit is lovely! The decks provide a gorgeous view of the ocean, looking north. The ocean is steps away and isn’t crowded. The townhouse is bright, airy, nicely decorated and clean. The host provided everything we needed to enjoy ourselves: ice (sounds silly, but most rentals don’t have ice at the ready), k-cups for morning joe, bathroom tissue, paper towels, dish towels, bed linens — all the stuff you usually have to remember to bring and don’t. Located on beautiful Fenwick Island, you’re a hop, skip and jump from lots of great restaurants, a fabulous crab house (Bahamas — to go) and Ocean City. Highly recommend!

Wonderful location and views

We had an excellent experience staying here for a week in mid-October. The views from the condo are lovely. Everything was very clean and uncluttered. Plenty of room in the closets and in the draws for your belongings. The kitchen was fully equipped, the refrigerator clean, the dishwasher quiet. Beach chairs were very handy. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. All a positive experience.

INCREDIBLE HOME WITH GORGEOUS OCEAN & PARK VIEWS!

We have been coming to the Delaware beaches every year for the past 10 years, and have found our new favorite place to stay. The home was clean, well maintained, and the beds were super comfy! We loved that the deck had gorgeous ocean views, and also loved listening to the sound of the ocean waves crashing against the shore from the house. This home is such a value because it lives like an oceanfront home yet at a better value price. We loved that we could easily go back and forth to the beach (especially since we have young kids). The home was well stocked with everything we needed and they provided linens (which is such a bonus). I have only positive things to stay about our stay and wish I could give more 5 stars...we will be back!!!
