The Space:
Wake up to vibrant sunrises at this completely renovated condo near the water. Enjoy access to a half-mile of private beach, indoor/outdoor pools, championship tennis courts, a fitness center, and much more. A convenient shuttle makes it easy to access all Sea Colony amenities and it’s a short drive to the center of Bethany Beach with numerous dining, shopping, and entertainment options.
Thoughtfully upgraded and peppered with bright and beachy decor, this family-friendly condo is your ticket to paradise. Spend endless hours on your furnished and screened porch. Create favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen, and then dine together at the adjacent table. After exciting days out, switch on the gas fireplace, sink into the sectional, and stream your favorite TV shows and movies in the living area.
Central air conditioning, high-speed internet access, and a private washer/dryer add a layer of convenience and comfort during your stay.
Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.
The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.
