Thank you for looking at my listing!

You will enjoy this beautiful 2 bathroom / 2 bedroom condo immensely. It is fully renovated with all new furniture, modern bathrooms, new kitchen cabinets and LVP flooring. It is located in Sea Colony private GATED tennis and beach community- a quiet, beautiful, well-maintained, rejuvenating, peaceful gem. My children and I traveled to Sea Colony a few times in the summer 2020 and fell in love with it. I decided then to purchase a condo that can also be made available for rent to my friends and other groups and and families to enjoy.
***2025 upgrades: newly painted, ALL NEW FURNITURE, microwave, exhaust fan
***2022 upgrades: FULLY remodeled bathrooms, new kitchen cabinets, and LVP flooring throughout, including kitchen and hallway; new kitchen cabinets are grey, bathrooms all white; water heater
*** The floors you see on the photos are high quality vinyl plank (LVP) installed November 2020.
*** Unfortunately, NOT able to provide bed linens and towels; guests need to bring their own or rent them (websites below)

ADDITIONAL NOTES / SEA COLONY WEEKLY FEES:
• Sea Colony HOA requires that all guests over age 4 purchase a recreation badge and a parking pass when they check in. If guests / cars don't have the badges/pass, the car will be towed and the guest will be asked to vacate the premises. The recreation badge allows access to the private beach, all pools, fitness center, tennis courts, and all other amenities in the community

We Had A Fabulous Time!

This was truly our home away from home! It was my first time booking a VRBO rental—I’m usually a Marriott guy—but this experience may have converted me. The property was exactly as described—clean, beautifully remodeled, and in a great location, perfect for beach days and all of our family activities. The host was incredibly personable, responsive, and thoughtful; you can tell she puts care into every detail. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to enjoy all of Sea Colony and Bethany

We had a wonderful stay and Natalia was wonderful to work with and available for any questions we had. The location was great - minutes from the Tennis Center/Pickleball Courts and also an easy walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Quick getaway

Great balance of quiet and fun!

This was our first time to Sea Colony and we can't wait to return! Natalia's property was wonderful: so quiet and yet so convenient for all that Sea Colony offers. The place was very clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for making meals. The back deck was a great place to watch the birds and we could walk to everywhere. Great location!

This was a last-minute booking and we were so glad we were able to find this! Approval of booking was quick and the host is great at communication, she always responded very quickly with any questions and provided us with a ton of information regarding the area and amenities at Sea Colony. The updates to the kitchen and bathrooms were beautiful (pictures don't do it justice) and the size was perfect for us. We were within walking/biking distance to shops, restaurants, the beach, and mini golf! We would definitely book here again!

Excellent Experience!

My husband, 8 year old daughter and I stayed towards the end of the Summer season and everything was great! From the second I booked the stay, Natalia was a great communicator and provided all needed details. The unit was well kept and in a great location, everyone was friendly and there was plenty to do. Definitely recommend 5 out of 5!

Great family vacation

This really was a nice spot. Check in was a breeze and communication with Natalia was wonderful. The location is a short 10 minutes walk to the beach. The deck overlooks a nice shaded wood area which makes you feel like you're camping. There was an issue that arose with the cleaning staff but Natalia quickly resolved it. I would recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the sea colony community. We will be returning

Inconvenience

Let me start by saying 'WE LOVE SEA COLONY" and have only missed 2 years (pandemic) over the last 16 years. We have stayed at numerous condos through out Sea Colony and for the most part have liked our accommodations. Last year we had a unit that was a nightmare and ended up having to deal with the management company on a daily basis. With that being said, this year we decided to rent through VRBO hoping for a much better experience. However, we came into the unit on Saturday for the beginning of our vacation only to be told that the dryer was broken. After several calls from the owner over several days, a repair guy showed up to install a new part (Wednesday). The part was sent damaged and our early 6:45 wake up for a 7pm repair appt. that turned out to be a 12:30 repair could not be done. So we had no dryer for the week. A major inconvenience - there are 5 of us that stayed there. The unit has new updated kitchen and updated master shower. But the kitchen could be stocked better in terms of pots etc. the pots don't have lids that fit and there are limited pan sizes. We tend to cook quite a bit and we found it could be better stocked. The deck blinds had several missing and when we called the owner she was responsive and sent someone over to repair them. The place could have been cleaner...when we entered the unit the first day, the place had a smell that tended to linger the whole week. I bring plug in's and other Oder reducers but they didn't seem to work.

Sad to leave

Excellent communication with the host. She made sure we were comfortable and gave great instructions for check In and our stay. Great setup for our teenage kids. Great location on the Sea Colony campus, close to Restaurants and minigolf. Bike and walking paths make easy to get around and take advantage of the beach and pool at main resort. We were sad to leave and will be back.

Excellent

We have used this property for the first time and will definitely try to book it next year. The location is excellent- it may seem further from the beach at first, but the walk to the beach under the shady trees is really enjoyable after all. Our kids enjoyed nearby swimming pools, playgrounds, and pickleball courts. The property was clean, cozy and the communication with Natalia was beyond excellent- always available and ready to assist and navigate. It is marked now as one of my fav places to come back.

Great spot!

Great property in a great location. Easy walk to a few shops and restaurants, as well as the beach. Natalia was very responsive, gave detailed instructions and was very welcoming. Was a perfect little getaway for our family of 5.

My hideaway

It was lovely. I slept so well. I saw a deer, a doe, waking in the woods behind me, I couldn’t believe it ! I fell in love with the rocking chair !!! I was.renting so to get to the beach I had to park next to hwy. walk under the condominium walk up the pavilion walk across pure sand and I have arthritis I could hardly walk. I was very disappointed that the heated pool at Edgewater was closed. I was yearning for that experience.

Perfect Stay

I planned a quick get away for my friend group. The location was great. The restaurants were close. Amenities were within walking distance. The neighborhood was safe. We walked to the nearby Edgewater beach after dark. The weather was not warm, so we went to the Edgewater House heated pool. The house was clean with all the essentials, down to extra padding for pullout sofa. All the linens were very clean. The large window and view to gorgeous wooded backdrop was calming. The deck was spacious and relaxing enough book read with morning coffee or outdoor breakfast. Host details were thorough and communication was warm, welcoming and professional. There are no negatives. If I had to say something it would be the tissue was 1-ply, but even that was quality 1-ply haha. Honestly, amazing stay! You can tell the host cares about guest experience. My friends enjoyed their stay. We all agree that we would definitely stay again.
