+ No smoking (up to $250 fine)



+ Security Deposit: For VRBO bookings, a refundable security deposit of $300–$1,000 may be required, along with a signed rental agreement. No additional security deposit is required for Airbnb bookings.



+ Check-in/Check-out: Early check-in before 2:00 PM requires prior approval ($50 fee). Late checkout is available until 12:30 PM for $50 (subject to availability). Stays past 12:30 PM may result in a full night charge.



+ Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping is not included but can be arranged for an additional fee.



+ Luggage Storage: There is no luggage storage available in the building. We partner with Bounce to offer luggage storage at a lower price. Please inquire via messages to obtain the code.



+ Mail & Packages: Mail and packages are not accepted at the property. Please use nearby pickup locations at your own discretion.



+ Climate: Miami enjoys year-round tropical sunshine. Occasional short rain showers are common, so light rain gear is recommended. Stay hydrated and use sunscreen. You might also encounter lush urban greenery and occasional wildlife sightings.



+ Self Check-in: Enjoy convenient self check-in with a smart lock for easy access. You must register at front desk prior to going up to your unit.
