Not a bad place to spend the weekend for an ice fishing trip. Overall it was clean, warm, and plenty of hot water. The lock was a little fidgety. We placed a call and got someone right away who helped us. The place had a little odor to it,specially the towels.

Highly Recommend!

Spacious apartment with more than we could even imagine (i.e. large kitchen with appliances, coffee beans, books, games). My friend and I had a great time during our stay. Cute restaurants and cafes in town, beautiful access to lake, pond, and activities. Local town feel.

Clean, cute, and comfy. And that view of Kineo and the Spensers! If you stay, take the shuttle over to Kineo and hike to the tower. You can see forever from up there. Here are your views when you walk out your door: (see photos)

Property is good for somewhere to crash at the end of the day. Only has a microwave, so plan meals accordingly.

Perfect basic accommodations

For the price it’s hard to beat. They have hot plate, microwave, pressure cooker and a slow cooker so stop at the grocery store on the way and make this place your base for your adventure. I’d go back for sure.

Beautiful view of Kineo

It served the purpose...a place to sleep and shower. Check in was super easy...no keys to lose, you just need the code. Cute set up however the carpets are light colored and look really dirty in the living room area and the unit had a very musty/mildew smell I'm guessing due to the lack of an exhaust fan in the bathroom. The a/c unit gives off a similar odor when turned on. Luckily the weather was good so we just opened the windows but you could still smell it.

We've taken these comments to our local staff and are working on addressing the carpet and smell in the home. We have also had the AC serviced since your departure, so that is no longer an issue. Dirty linens

We had arrived very late our first night and noticed quite an odor in the home but went straight to bed. The next day I found loose brown substances (not a stain) on the pillow which I took a photograph of and a soiled, dry face cloth left in the shower. I texted house keeping for fresh linens and removal of the dirty ones and the towel and she responded over 24 hrs later saying she wasn't working the day and to text another person. By then we had already ended our stay. Beautiful view but we won't be back.
