Beautiful apartment for 3 people in Binz, near the beach, dogs allowed

The “Anett” vacation rental is located in the historic center of Binz. The apartment is in a building with two units, featuring a large garden and a barbecue for shared use. There is also a vacation home on the property.
The fine sandy beach of Binz is about a 15-minute walk away.
Our “Katja” vacation rental is located in the same building. Both apartments can also be rented together.

The 52-square-meter vacation apartment accommodates up to 3 people. The living area on the first floor features a sleeper sofa for 1 person, a TV, and a dining area for 3 people. The adjoining kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher available.
The modern shower room is also located on the first floor.
A staircase leads up to the open sleeping loft with a double bed.

You can park your car across the street from the property, subject to availability.
