For shared use: property 5'000 m2 (fenced), parking (for 4 cars). Bus stop "LIEUREY - Poste" 5.5 km. Nearby attractions: Cormeilles 15 km, Deauville 50 km, Honfleur 40 km, Le Bec hellouin 16 km. Hiking paths: Foret de Brotonne, Le Marais Vernier 35 km. Please note: car recommended.

Very beautiful and stylish furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, flat screen and electric heating. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). 2 showers/WC, sep. WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: 2 rooms with sloping ceilings (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.
