Welcome to the BESTNEST at 2544 Gleneagle Green in Sea Pines. Our advertised rates are our very best rates, and the calendar shows real-time availability. We encourage you to book online!
Our philosophy is that your vacation experience should be completely comfortable and consistently amazing. Cleanliness is one of our hallmarks, and we take cleanliness seriously.
2544 Gleneagle Green - Newly furnished and listed in May 2026. We have filled this stunning 2 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom villa with every amenity that we appreciate when we vacation.
The decor is super stylish with a beach chic theme of warm inviting colors yet a soft and neutral pallet. The kitchen is outfitted and equipped with everything you need to cook-- or not! The comfortable seating area is perfect for an afternoon snack, morning coffee, or conversing with the chef.
Enjoy open concept living with NO carpet and a built-in desk for working if you must. We added four new Wi-Fi enabled Samsung televisions plus a Sonos sound bar and JBL speaker in the living room - ideal for streaming our BESTNEST playlists.
Each bedroom (2 Kings and a sitting room with a daybed) is completely comfortable with the best bed linens we could find, plus a big, wall-mounted television, plus a full-size washer/dryer in an oversized laundry room for your convenience.
The golf course view of the 2nd fairway/green of the famed Harbour Town Links is simply fabulous and nearly panoramic. Enjoy the views year-round on the spacious patio with seating for 6 and a gas grill ready for use.
Attention to detail is apparent in every corner of this sublime space, which is ideal for hosting up to 4 guests.
PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty-one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long-term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.
CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive a full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes non-cancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.
COMMUNITY POOL: Less than 1-minute walking and just for Gleneagle guests. Only OPEN April-September each year.
HOW FAR TO THE BEACH: 8-10 minutes by bike or 4 minutes by car to the Sea Pines Beach Club.
BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING On-site parking AT the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From mid-March through the end of summer, special Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Full details will be provided at the time of your reservation, or simply inquire for more information. DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.
PETS: We welcome your well-behaved dog (small to medium-sized) for $350 per dog, maximum 2. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily-coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans have to pay a fine) and must be crated when left alone. Please inquire to determine if your dog's breed is accepted.
WHAT’S INCLUDED: Your property will come stocked with all of the household amenities you will need for the duration of your stay, including trash bags, dish soaps, perfume-free laundry products, paper towels, bath tissues, hand and bar soaps, and more. We also stock beach toys, beach chairs, and umbrellas-- really, all you have to do is come and enjoy.
